Location: the hotel was close enough to a pub and a very nice restaurant. Our room was warm and new-fashioned with a balcony. The staff where nice during our whole stay.

The hotel was in a good location so close to shops as well as a wonderful wine bar. All the staff was amicable and superfriendly, fixed my issues.

The hotel is a gem! Its location next to a wonderful wine bar ensures that you'll never run out of things to do, and the food is amazing too. The room was clean and cozy, with a soft bed that ensured a good night's rest. The bathroom was modern and elegant and the staff was always attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of variety. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, and the facilities are well-maintained and updated.

It was difficult to communicate with the owner at times, but that didn't take away from the overall experience.

Our room faced a noisy street and there was no option for air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. the check-in process was poorly handled.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with a modern and efficient bathroom. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was great, providing easy access to the beautiful Eifel region. the breakfast provided was adequate in terms of quality, and it was enjoyable to have the option of dining outside on the terrace.

the noise levels in the room were unacceptable. We could clearly hear surrounding noises, such as water running in other rooms and conversations from fellow guests.

Noise was a major issue during our stay. Our room was located near a busy street and café, resulting in loud traffic noise starting at 6 am. Additionally, there was a noisy delivery to the café every morning at 5:30 which woke us up. The breakfast was not worth the price paid as it was very basic and replenishment of items was slow. Finally, it was difficult to locate staff throughout our stay and we experienced a late check-in.

The location next to the wine bar was a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

Located adjacent to a charming wine bar with a plethora of excellent wines, our stay at this hotel was elevated by the proximity. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed offered a soft and comfortable sleep. the breakfast spread was varied and satisfying, ensuring a great start to the day.

The lack of soundproofing was a downside, as the noises from neighboring rooms and other guests were audible throughout the night.

The architecture of Kragemann Hotel & Vinothek is truly captivating, with interesting and stylish design elements that make the space feel spacious and light. We had the privilege of staying in the new apartment which boasted a balcony, a cool kitchen, and a seriously impressive shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. We highly recommend visiting the wine bar with its glass portal down to the cellar, and the patio area where you can enjoy some great food and wine while soaking up the sun.

While our overall experience was exceptional, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. despite requesting a quiet room, we were assigned a room at the front of the hotel, above the wine bar and next to a busy road and café.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are clean and modern, with a small but efficient bathroom. I particularly liked the balcony in my room, where I could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast included in the price was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day.

All was fine, nothing to improve.
